Readers often have a list of their favourite authors and keenly await their next release.  But what do you do when you have read your favourite authors out and their next releases aren’t due? 

Casey Cardinia Libraries have added new content to the library catalogue that will help you find new titles and authors to enjoy. 

On the catalogue, search for a favourite author or title and when you get a match (physical book or audiobook only at present), click on the title to bring up the full entry.  At the bottom of the page, next to which libraries hold the title, click on the tab Additional Content.

Additional content will provide you with a treasure trove of information to help you find your next read, including:

• Title summary
• About the author
• More books by the author
• A look inside – so you can take a sneak peek
• You may also like – alternative title suggestions
• Professional reader reviews, plus you can submit your own
• If the title is available in other formats
• Tags to provide you with options to connect with other titles with the same tags (great way to explore titles)
• Series – if the title is part of a series, titles in that series will be listed in order

The Additional content will not be complete for every title, but all links connect to other titles/authors, to help you find that next great read.  Or leave a review to lead others to your favourite reads.
